National Apprenticeship Week is an annual highlight for Gemini ARC, celebrating the incredible impact apprenticeships have on individuals, our business, our industry, and the wider economy.
This year, Gemini ARC showcased its commitment to nurturing talent, fostering growth, and investing in the future by organising a National Apprenticeship Week campaign centered around the theme of “skills for life” through showcasing daily apprentice videos and by participating in Nottingham College’s Apprenticeship open evening stood alongside the AutoRaise charity and EMTEC.
Along the theme of ‘Skills for Life’, Gemini showcased a series of videos featuring 5 of our talented apprentices, highlighting the invaluable skills and knowledge gained during their time with Gemini on various apprenticeship programmes that we offer. The daily video series not only celebrated the achievements of the apprentices but also served as an inspiration for aspiring individuals considering apprenticeships.
We actively participated in the Nottingham College Apprenticeship Careers event on Wednesday 7th February 2024 engaging with aspiring apprentices, sharing insights into the company culture, and discussing the opportunities available for those eager to embark on a rewarding apprenticeship journey with us.
The celebration didn’t end there for Gemini – in a testament to our dedication to training and development, whilst at the Nottingham College Careers event Gemini representatives were informed that they had won the ‘Training and Development’ category at the Insurance CX Awards 2024 hosted in London, the same evening! This recognition reinforces Gemini’s position as a leader in fostering talent and underscores our innovative and effective approaches to employee development. The award is not just a testament to our past accomplishments but also a promise of continued brilliance in shaping the workforce of tomorrow.

As the week has concluded, we remain dedicated to fostering a culture of learning and growth, as welcome Cohort 10 of Multi-Skilled apprentices to the business and as we approach onboarding our 150th apprentice.
