We’re pleased to welcome our newest group of apprentices to the Steer Training Academy, as they begin their Multiskilled Apprenticeship Programme.
For the first time, apprentices from both Steer Automotive Group and Gemini Accident Repairs have joined together as one cohort following the launch of our newly merged Training Academy – a fantastic milestone for the programme.
The cohort kicked off their apprenticeship with an induction week at EMTEC, where they had the opportunity to get to know one another, meet the training team and gain an insight into the skills and experience they’ll develop throughout their programme.
Alongside their training, the apprentices also took part in a team building day at Go Ape, giving everyone the chance to work together and build relationships from the very start of their journey.
Throughout their apprenticeship, they’ll develop hands-on skills across multiple areas of automotive repair, supported by experienced trainers and equipped with the tools and knowledge needed to build their careers in the industry.
We look forward to following their progress over the coming years and seeing what they achieve.
