Following our recent expansion into Darlington and Swindon, Gemini Accident Repair Centres is pleased to announce our integration into Steer Automotive Group effective July 1, 2024. This acquisition adds all 37 Gemini sites, plus Gemini’s Head Office, to Steer's extensive network, further enhancing their team and capabilities.
Gemini’s development has always focused on delivering top-tier automotive repair services to insurer customers and clients while growing its footprint. Joining Steer Automotive Group was the next logical step as part of Steer’s expansion plans, and an incredible opportunity for us to come together and be a part of the largest body shop group across Europe.
Steer Automotive Group has acquired the Gemini Accident Repairs brand and all its sites, along with integrating the staff, management, and leadership teams. Managing Director Dave Sargeant and Finance Director Phil Coleman will continue to oversee operations and controls, supporting Steer’s efforts to strengthen relationships and enhance offerings, with CEO Tim Hopkins handing over control as he departs from the business.

Gemini Accident Repairs will maintain its brand under the name, Gemini Accident Repairs, part of the Steer Automotive Group.
