In recognition of World Mental Health Day 2024, every Gemini Accident Repair Centre took part in Ben’s Big Breakfast, supporting the invaluable work of the Ben Automotive Industry Charity. This initiative brought our teams together to pause from their routines, connect over breakfast, and reinforce the importance of mental health awareness.
With a fantastic turnout across all branches, we’re thrilled to share that, thanks to everyone’s generosity, we raised an impressive £800 for the Ben Charity.
Earlier this year, we had the pleasure of hosting the Ben Bus at several of our sites, providing firsthand insights into the essential support BEN offers for our industry. BEN continues to be a vital resource, offering assistance with mental health, financial guidance, and more to those in the repair sector.
This year’s theme, “It is time to prioritise mental health in the workplace,” is a reminder of the importance of creating a healthy and happy work environment. At Gemini, we are committed to supporting our employees’ well-being, and our ongoing partnership with BEN highlights our backing to the message that Mental Health Matters.
