Mental Health Awareness Week 2025 at Gemini Accident Repair Centres.

Mental Health Awareness Week 2025, with its theme of community, reminds us how vital it is for everyone to feel supported. At Gemini Accident Repair Centres, we are committed to fostering a workplace where employees feel connected, valued, and part of a team that can provide help whenever it’s needed.

As part of this year’s activities, we launched Movement May – a company-wide challenge to collectively cover 1,560 miles (the distance between all our UK sites) through walking, cycling, and other forms of movement. This initiative encourages physical activity while promoting mental wellbeing and strengthening our sense of community.

Movement May also aligns with the Ben Automotive Industry Charity walking challenges during National Walking Month. With 35% of automotive workers reporting low physical activity and stress being the number one workplace concern, initiatives like this are essential for supporting health, wellbeing, and open conversations about mental health in the industry.

On Thursday 15th May, Gemini teams will also participate in ‘Wear It Green’ Day to show collective support for mental health awareness.

If you are struggling, remember that Ben Automotive Industry Charity offers free, confidential support for anyone in the automotive sector:
