The Ben Automotive Industry Charity recently visited Gemini Luton as part of the Steer wellbeing tour, spreading the message around mental health and wellbeing support across our network.
The visit was a great opportunity to raise awareness of the support available and reinforce the importance of prioritising wellbeing across all levels of the business, with Gary Wheeldon from Allianz also in attendance and taking part in the day to support the wider message around colleague wellbeing.
We’re proud to see this partnership continue to grow in reach and impact, ensuring more colleagues can access trusted support when they need it.
